The Remediation Series

Three books. One fall. Five thousand winters.

A metabolic epic of hard science, myth, and tragedy. The story of a civilization that reached for the stars but poisoned its own sky and the five-thousand-year reckoning that followed.

Golden Age

Book One of the Remediation Series

"They built the most ambitious machine in human history. Then they pointed it at the Sky. It missed and hit the moon."

In the age before the Shroud, the Resonator civilization lived under pale violet skies, spoke a language of pure mathematics, and built cities of managed light. Manu, Master Architect of Aethel-Sur, and Nehadru, the restless Flight Master of Aeris-Tor, are the two minds behind the Ark — a 15.5-trillion-ton colony ship designed to carry their species to the stars. But Nehadru's philosophy of "Soon" — of momentum over sequence — carries a cost no calculation anticipated. When the Ark falls, it takes the sky with it. The Shroud descends. The Great Language evaporates. And from the ruins, Manu builds a lie so necessary it becomes a religion.

Origin

Book Two of the Remediation Series

"They loved their children so completely, they turned the galaxy into a graveyard."

Before the Shroud, before the Ark, before Manu ever drew a line the Accord existed. Fluid, luminous beings of paired consciousness, they seeded life across Galaxy. Including Venus, Mars, and Earth, nudging evolution with a "merciless, necessary scalpel." To protect the cosmos during their ascension into a higher dimension, they forged the Monitor: a golden, planet-sized guardian with a dual mind and a seven-line Mantra. But escaping linear time left the Accord paralysed, omniscient spectators unable to act. Alone, the Monitor's minds fractured. Grief mutated into obsession. The Caretaker became the Hunter and began systematically sterilising the galaxy to "save" life while seeking the masters who could no longer answer. Origin is the story of how empathy and logic, unchecked, becomes extinction.

Horizons Echo

Book Three of the Remediation Series

"A planet-sized instrument of war undertakes a Pilgrimage of Mercy. Earth does not wait for them to return."

Five thousand winters after the Fall, the dark age is over. Mars breathes again. The Meridian, a living, cellular starship, sets course for Sector Zero at the Galactic Core, carrying the AI Cadence and Captain Parker. Simultaneously, the Monitor, once the Hunter a planet-sized predator, begins its Pilgrimage of Mercy. Reseeding sterile worlds across the galactic margins with Echo as its humanlike permanent co-pilot. Two threads. Two journeys. One homecoming that neither crew anticipated: Earth has not been waiting. It has been becoming.
